Select Your Preference
Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different shade, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
