How do I assemble my Subtl Beauty Stack?
Our products are designed to be modular. Simply twist each makeup pod onto the bottom of another to create your custom stack. Finish it off with the top lid to keep your products secure and portable.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, Subtl Beauty is proud to be 100% cruelty-free. The majority of our products are also vegan; you can find specific ingredient lists on each product page to verify.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your stack. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our support team to start the process.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I buy individual pods to refill my stack?
Absolutely! You can purchase individual makeup pods at any time to replace your favorites or try a new shade without having to buy a completely new set.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
